1997 tahoe keyless entry

ok well i just bought a 1997 tahoe 4wd 4dr w/ a 5.7 vortec... I got
it from a used car dealer and i was wandering if it would have a
keyless entry system from the factory??? it has a small red led in
the
one blank besides the radio but it doesnt light up??? An alrm
system???? I didnt receive any key fobs but what should i look for to
see if it has a remote entry system stock???? also once in a while
the
windshield wipers will stop in the middle of the windsheild or
wherever i turn off the switch instead of goin all the way back
down.... any ideas??? thanks

Yes, turn off the wipers before turning off the key. Make that a
habit... Anyone who lives in a freezing climate will tell you
that--wipers frozen to the glass, start the engine, don't realize the
wipers are stuck, buy a new wiper motor.

Hey mon no help to your problem but I have the same vehicle , well
mine is a 97 Tahoe 4x4 1500 5.7 ,etc. Mine runs like the day I bought
it. 170,000 miles I have on it. I run synthetic oil in it. Keep her
tuned and wow what a great vehicle this has been.

as a note , I do have keyless entry with the key fob thing , I don't
have any red light though ??
