TSW and Richard Burns Rally

Hi all,
Anyone had any luck configuring a TSW with RBR or Rally Trophy? I've patched
RBR to 1.02 but still no luck. Any ideas?

I'm having trouble with the combined axis for the brake and throttle and
the brake axis is reversed (ie pressure on the brake pedal releases brake).
My TSW is wired for split axis (no selector switch) and I cannot choose
split/combined axis in windows calibration.
