RPM rapid fluctuation FIXED!!!!!
1994 Integra 223,000 miles
Had cold start rapid fluctuation RPM (1800-2300) until warmup for a long time It was getting really bad so we addressed some of the suggestions from this newsgroup Radiator flush did not work....check for vacuum leaks....did not find any Decided to replace fast idle valve ( Part # 16500-P0A-A51) $80.00 The car has not had rapid fluctuations since this part was replaced!!!!! Hopefully this fixed the problem It has been one week since installation! Neil
