Standard issue supply and demand? Like supply is already constrained
because we haven't built a refinery in our growing country (translation:
increasing demand) in 30 years and supply is further constrained by
environmental laws requiring special (and totally different) blends of
gas for various regions, there by reducing what limited refining
capacity we have even further?

I'm not talking about 30 years stuff. Just what's happened the last
two months. Oil went up 20 cents a gallon but gas 50 cents.
