Bill really mush have ****ed this guy off big time, sometimes I wonder what
started it all.

I only see Bill's side though as the filters block all the original posts.

Nine days ago I commented to Bill that the filters had rejected 1120
messages, today when I checked the counter reads 1710. I don't know if all
590 messages were from this same guy but his life must be pretty empty or
his heart pretty full of hate to spend this much time on it.

I've had the "bill" filter (also kills on 'goat'!) on for months, much
easier to read the NG. Billy Ray gets wiped off also but it is worth it.
I occasionally scan the delete log to see what I'm missing. Sheesh!

I have thirty-two "Cranks" in the filter I use. They don't always put
"Goat" or "Bill" in the subject line. I just have OE mark them as already
read. I figure that whoever they are, their unhealthy obsession with Bill
is punishment enough.

My filter setup checks both sender and subject. Haven't figured out how
to filter on the message body yet.

No offense to Billy Ray, he is just an innocent bystander. Suppose I
could put in an exception for him but the logic gets a bit convoluted.

Oh come on, if you're going to make up your entire life are you going to
be an Ex-trucker, Ex-owner of a gas station and Ex-owner of a flat
fender jeep sand rail that hasn't been driven in 37 years? and a couple
others rather pedestrian pieces of Detroit iron?
