Default NFS Shift - wondering how sim like it will be?

The team working on NFS Shift includes 25 former GTR employess.
EA has the money, the people, the resources, and apparently
access to quite a bit of real world data to create a very
good sim-oriented game. In the case of Undercover, an arcade
game, in the video interview with Marc DeVellis, he mentions
that Undercover has 400 tunable parameters for each car.

What I'm hoping for is realistic physics, with assists and
fantasy cars (higher power and grip) to sastify the arcade fans.

There's supposed to be a demo sometime during the summer.

Better grip for the player that prefer the over the top fantasy
physics of Undercover, where the cars are more like star wars
swoop racers than cars. Otherwise the rest of us would be
happy with the normal range of power and grip.
