Starter won't crank immediately - occasional
Wondering if someone has an idea for this issue. I have a feeling it's
a relay because here are a few symptoms: Occasionally, when turning key to ignition, (you can hear fuel pump prime) the starter won't crank...but if you hold it there for a bit, eventually the starter kicks in. Usually though the starter cranks immediately. This seems to happen regardless to if the car is cold or been driven. Possibly related is that when the car is cold (at least it seems to be), I noticed the turn signal takes a second before it turns on when i click it over as well as headlights. After turning the turn signal on or headlight, it takes a second before they start to work. Could this be related to the starting symptom? |
