Those answers seem to have been insufficient, you still don't understand: "So no longer will I be waving on every driver who reaches a stop sign to my right(either before or after me)." Waving is of course optional, but you must yield the ROW to every motorist who arrives before you. Yielding the ROW to the vehicle on your R is limited to when "2" vehicles arrive at "approximately" the same time: 4511.41 Right-of-way rule at intersections. (A) When two vehicles, including any trackless trolley or streetcar, approach or enter an intersection from different streets or highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right. You have a distinct advantage to becoming a better driver over the typical motorist who assumes "driving" is easy and/or traffic code doesn't matter. ----- - gpsman |

Thanks gps.
It's just something I won't comprehend in writing but will probably get in practice. I do appreciate those who have attempted to help me "get" it. Also I too have a killfile wishlist but cannot fulfill it as Google groups is my primary channel to the usenet universe. |

... > Thanks gps. as you might notice, gpsman, it doesn't matter how clearly you explain it, trollercoaster will refuse to understand. he knew he would refuse to understand before he even asked the question. he doesn't want to understand. he's an idiot. > It's just something I won't comprehend in writing but will > probably get in practice. I do appreciate those who have > attempted to help me "get" it. trollercoaster just wants to be noticed. he's thoroughly ignored by pretty much everyone who knows him in real life. |
