Default Additional repairs when changing timing belt-- advisable?

I have received an estimate for changing a timing belt on a 1998 Honda
Accord with 118k, and they included some additional repairs (without looking
at the car):

Water pump, 3 other belts (balance, A/C, and P/S), 3 seals (camshaft oil,
crank, and balance)

Are these other repairs necessary or advisable at this time?

Yes the water pump should be done at the same time as the timing belt
because if you do not, then labor to get to it at a later date will be
the same as what it is for the timing belt now. Also the belts should
be changed as well.

For the future, you should be changing this at 90k or 6 years. You
don't want to risk having the timing belt breaking.
