I have the TSB and took it to the same dealer this morning. In a nice way, they say "NO"; saying some b.s about T.S.B.'s actually "saving me money" by reducing diagnostic time that the technician takes. And the fact that the car is 14yr. old and has 130,000 miles. "It's OUT OF WARRANTY" and a T.S.B. is not a recall; thank you Mr. Service Advisor.. I reminded them that I have had them service my three (3) Honda's for the past 4 years. They couldn't care less. They certainly won't get any new/used car sales from me. As I've read in previous posts, todays Honda puts customer service second and profits first. Oh well.. I'll probably get the HONDA OEM one and take my time doing it.. Thx.. Rich |
