Cheverolet s10 engine oil pressure gauge is acting funny
HI! My truck s10 is giving me some trouble lately. It's engine oil
pressure gauge is stays normal for first 30 miles of drive at around 78 (close to max) then it begin to go down around 40 and moves between 40 to 70 depending upon the ideling. Is there any problem or it's a normal range ... any help. It never comes below 40 which is the middle of the gauge scale. Thanks! Uttam |

Higher than normal pressure often indicates such problems, which may be as simple to fix as replacing the filter. |
