Default Battery Tender

I recently purchased the Battery Tender with the intention of mounting the
semi-permanent cable with the lugs on the end.
I'm still using the OEM battery and its battery lugs are considerably larger
than the lugs supplied with the tender. How did the rest of you with the
tender who installed the cable, do it?

Battery Tender???? Do you mean a charger/maintainer??? If so, the cable
that I hooked to the battery that the maintainer connects into has these
loop terminals, that fit under the heads of the battery cables connector
bolts.
