Seems to work around Indy, as there is obviously a way clear to pass these guys
in the center lane, without any problem.

1) Indy isn't big enough.
2) It's in indiana. IN and WI have high numbers of LLBs per capita.

And my last trip to indy and back, I was constantly encountering LLBs
driving next to someone as I was driving faster than most.

1) Indy isn't big enough.
