Default 2002 VUE - Daylight Running Lights

The DRL has quit working. Neither the lights or the dash light is on.
Any thoughts about where to start looking to resolve?

On my '02 I had a wire come lose in one of the light bulb sockets. Thought I
burned out a bulb
