They don't get nearly as much snow in NJ. The other weekend I drove
down to Harrisburg, PA (from Rochester, NY). It was interesting to note how many more older vehicles were everywhere and they weren't all rusted out. Salt is just bad. Now ... if everyone had a good vehicle and also knew how to drive the government could save money by not plowing or salting the roads :-). My 1990 BII (172K miles) doesn't look so pretty under the hood! BTW there's a CJ7 Renegade right by the side of RT 15 ... I think it was in Lewisburg. It looks like the rear springs are shot. I wouldn't be surprised if an interested party could make an offer and take it home.
