Default Vacuum brake bleeding

For some reason I couldn't post a followup to my first message.

Anyways, thanks for all the replies.

At first, I wanted to gravity bleed, but the fluid wasn't coming out
much.
I got it done finally, with help from my less-than-enthusiastic wife
at the pedal. The fluid at mc is light gold colour, at the wheels it's
greenish black with lots of grit!

I still prefer a solo setup next time. For those who vacuum bled, how
much vacuum is really needed? 30psi or more?
Pressure bleed is another good idea, but I was kinda worried if the mc
cap can stand up to high pressure, since mine is a flimsy 1/4 turn
type, which doesn't seem that tight to me.

Then it's not bled properly. You need to keep bleeding it and adding
new fluid until the fluid coming out at the wheels is also light gold. That
is why they sell brake fluid in jugs.
