The why don't they pass the next clump or at the very least go to the
front of it?

Just as the MFFY speeders don't want LLB's de-facto regulating their speed,
it is not the responsibility of the MFFY speeder to teach the driver in
front of them anything.

Flash-to-pass usage of the bright lights is a function built into many
vehicles but it is still a request, so a single two-blink sequence is
enough, and more than that is a form of road rage. Honking the horn is a
form of road rage unless used according to the vehicle code to warn of a
hazard or passing on a two lane road with blind turns. Yelling at the driver
while passing is a form of road rage. Gesturing at the driver is also a form
of road rage if the gesture is one intended to annoy or upset the driver
being passed.

One other thing--the very idea of tossing pennies out the sunroof translates
to real damage/vandalism if the penny hits the car body, the windshield, or
a window. If a penny hits a vehicle occupant by entering through an open
window--or in the case of a convertible car, via the open car roof--then it
could injure them as well. One would hope a law enforcement officer busting
a driver who tossed pennies out the sunroof would seek to arrest them and
charge them to the fullest extent allowed by law.

The term "road rage" is a form of blaming the victim for reacting to the
rudeness of someone else. Everyone has a limit. Even you. Your
ass-backwards view is one designed by a bunch of self-rightous fools who
think that not having infinite tolerance greater than that of Jesus
Christ is some sort of personal weakness or get off on frustrating and
annoying other motorists there by wishing to protect themselves from the
obvious results of such behavior.

In other words, they are control freaks concerned about controlling
other people instead of being first.

I've never seen anyone who was concerned about being first exhibit such
behavior. Only those interested in control. Those interested in being
first react by putting their right foot down to the floor.

But there are other people in front of him... the first in line boy
racers just keep passing.
