What facts do you want?
Here's one:
There's a world of difference between "the Corvette" and "your
Corvette."
If you don't understand this, try reading it again. Maybe witgh time,
it will come to you, but I doubt it.

I have no idea what you're talking about.
Do you think I called you a liar?
What I said (and I repeat this because you don't seem to be able to
read for comprehension) is that there's a difference between "the
Corvette" and "your Corvette".
What exactly do you expect me to "put up"? That somehow your Corvette
is "the corvette"? I can't do that. For one reason: not all Corvettes
are the same, and your Corvette isn't "the Corvette".
I can't put it much more plainly than that.
If you think that your Corvette is indeed "the Corvette", I feel sorry
for you.

Then an electric car is not for you. Just like I have no need for a large
pickup truck.

Some migth have been fanatics. That doesn't change the fact they felt
the cars were meeting their needs.

I think the problem is that GM and others were leasing the cars. If
these people could have bought the EV-1 for themselves (not cheap, though it
would have cost about 32,000 dollars), they coudl have kept it after the
recall. Word of mouth would have eventually made electric vehicles more
popular.

If we were sitting in Scott's living room,
and he said "lets go drive the corvette to the store" wouldn't you
expect to get into "his" corvette?

I don't get it.

We aren't sitting in Scott's home.
I'm sorry you don't get it; Scott does.
