Video: MFFY Lane Change
> In today's episode, the MFFYCam captures some asshole in a Honda

I saw a driver try to turn left from the straight lane while the traffic was stopped at the traffic signal, instead of going to the next left turn lane and turning around. It was the first in line and tried to cut off the drivers who were turning on the arrow signal, but it couldn't find an Enabler. It then accelerated into the intersection and turned left from the middle of the intersection after the turn lane had emptied. |

The camera vehicle may have sped up a little shortly before the Honda driver tried to change lanes but it was th Honda driver's error for not noticing that. |

It's difficult to tell in the video. If you look real closely at the turn signal, you can see it blinking, but it's much less clear than an amber colored signal would have been (not that that's relevant to the fact that the lane-changing driver failed to yield). |

I take it your perfect world would seem to include amber turns signals and lots of roundabouts. ;-) brink |

I saw a driver of a similar car today block the left lane until it got into a left-turn lane at a traffic signal. When the signal turned green, the MFFY cut off a bus and drove across two more lanes of traffic to turn right, forcing everyone else to swerve or stop. |

I do like the new LED-cluster taillights. I'd like to see some LED CHMSLs that are actually mounted up high at the roofline like the spec calls for. (used to call for??) Lately,I see "CHMSLs" that are mounted in the trunklid nearly even with the regular taillights, where you can't see them thru the windows on a vehicle ahead of you. -- Jim Yanik jyanik at kua.net |

Due to the fact that he *doesn't* just keep on coming. The Accord clearly stops moving left and then begins to do so again. Then he didn't just "keep right on coming" did he? One could interpret his actions as realizing he'd misjudged his space and then once the situation had stabilized moving into the space that was then available. > > >Interesting that you couldn't present the simple truth, isn't it? > > The simple truth is obvious to everyone.
