Default rear window tips or tricks?

so i picked up the 91 brg miata just a little while ago (#2598) and it
needs to be cleaned up a little bit... i was wondering if anyone had
any suggestions for cleaning up the plastic rear window and perhaps
bringing back a bit of clarity to the plastic.

-- Just be aware the arms of the top rub against the additional window
panels when you lower the top. -- Strong potential for vertical
scratches from normal use...
