1996 UK Honda Accord - rear 6x9 speaker removal
Hi,
I have just purchased a new car and am stripping out my after-market car stereo from my 1996 UK Honda Accord. I've removed the head unit, amp, and sub, and only the 6x9's remain. However, I had the 6x9's installed by a car audio specialist and am not sure on how to get them back out! The 6x9's sit below the parcel shelf but above the metal frame at the top of the boot. I never received an owners manual when I purchased the car 3 years ago and am not sure how to tackle this. If anyone can offer any advice on this it would be appreciated. Thanks Richard |

One of the local geniuses will come on to describe it in detail, but for starters, be prepared to remove your seatback and then do some serious crawling inside the trunk. |

You just have to remove the upper grill to get to the speakers.
Pull the grill up at the side nearest to the window. They have soms click-system there. The gently pull them up, they have hooks on the other side. K.
