Default Alfa 147 CD Multichanger errors

I have the 10 disc multichanger plus the Connect + Sat Nav integrated
display.

Though the multichanger is fully loaded with new CD's I'll frequently get
problems notably:

* The system will fail to recognise that all 10 CD's are in the changer.

* The system will occasionally say that there are no CD's in the changer!

My local dealer couldn't rectify the problem, has anyone else had any
similar issues.

Thanks

Hi,

I have the same system (Blaupunkt 10 CD changer) and noticed the following.
-With 10 CD's in some might show 0:00 length
-Last CD played shows 0:00 at next power on
-Sometimes system says: No CD-DA or CD-INIT

No fix known

Other problem I have you might recognize is that in the CDC-setup some
option are grayed out and cant be selected.
I don't know if that has to do with the type of changer installed.
