Default BN4 gasoline heater

Could someone point me in the right direction to find someone to do an
installation of a gas powered heater? the original owner of my '73 Thing
removed it (and all associated parts, ductwork, etc..) and now I'm not sure
how it goes back together. Of course the install in the book says "reverse
procedure for removal" which I was not there for.

is one THING "ring", lots of sites.

Maybe someone would snap a few pics.
There are a couple of guys who do gas heater work,
but I doubt you'd want to drive the thing to NJ or CO.
If you have all the parts, assembly won't be that hard
with a little help from diagrams/pics.

Do you live where there are other THING's about?
Spot one and ask the owner for a peek.

There is a lot of gas heater info on Type2.com:
http://www.type2.com/library/heating.htm
but it's not specific to THING's.
