Default HELP Needed - E36 325iS Passenger electric seat DIED

Hi,
A friend and I were parked in my driveway this evening. She went to move
the passenger side seat forward a bit and the whole seat just died. Now
there's no buzzing, no response at all.

I have checked the fuse under the hood. It seems fine.

HELP!
Karl North
