Default U-Turn Sloth and Enabler

While waiting in the right-turn lane of an intersection, I saw an LLB on
the other side turn left onto a two-lane roadway from the left lane,
cutting off the traffic in the left-turn lane. The Sloth then drove to
the next intersection, pulled halfway into the right-turn lane, and
began flashing its brake lights. An Enabler in a Toyota Corolla
stopped, which caused a traffic jam behind it. The Sloth then made a
slow U-Turn, causing a traffic jam on the other side of the road as
drivers tried to avoid the Sloth. Which cereal boxes have the drivers'
licenses this week?

Froot Loops? The way these people drive is certainly fruity....
