I use Firefox usually and I see that message then for some reason. But everything
still works.

LOL (seriously, I did ) After I read your message I went ahead and tried
to log in. Worked fine. I'd just never bothered to attempt it before once

In the forums there's a thread about this and it seems that the updates don't work
properly with IE8 for some reason. That seems to be the only problem, but it's a
pretty big one.

Installing Firefox just to get round this would be relatively painless and avoids
dropping back to IE7.

Thanks Andrew - have not really worked my way around to the forums just
yet. Stall marveling over everything else - quite a bit to get ones head
around.

Nice timing on my part - a days racing and promotions on oval and road
licenses!

Mainly the new web interface! That thing's enough to make your eyes go on vacation
and never come back. :-)

Once you've cleared out a lot of the optional clutter it improves, but I think I'm
too old for all those pixels competing for attention. It certainly seems to be a
change which people love or hate. Which seems entirely appropriate for iRacing. :->

I still don't like IE8 on XP machines, works nice on vista IMHO. really
slowed everything on my XP machines, work and at home, so bad I uninstalled
it at home.
