Default 97 Stratus wheel bearing

Silly question. Which way should the nut holding the wheel bearing
assembly turn to come off? Got one I can't get to turn either way.

Steering wheel bearing? what is that? are we talking about a wheel bearing
hub nut or the steering wheel itself? either way they both come off the
same"lefty loosey righty tighty"
