They mentioned that some Florida cops would be using Marauders to catch interstate speeders, I can't recall the details. do a google search for 'Dateline_Street_Racing.wmv' (about 44mb). |

This is a great idea but it won't do any good unless the criminals get
stiff penalties. I'm sick of this criminal coddling that lets psychopaths doing 100 mph get off with a fine. They should go to prison for a year and never be allowed to drive again. |

No they're not. They're Marauders. That should be enough to clue a reasonably observant driver in. If cops really want to get stealthy, they have to start getting Hondas or Toyotas or BMWs or something *popular.* John -- To reply, remove "die.spammers" from address Von Herzen, moge es wieder zu Herzen gehen. --Beethoven |

Are you stupid enough to believe that anyone cares what you're sick of? |

I don't think I've ever even SEEN a Marauder. But the first time I do, I'll probably know it immediately. Only Ford makes TRULY butt-ugly vehicles that stand out like a sore thumb. -Dave |

Check the taillights, they have strobe tubes in them.Perhaps they have a lot of antennas, too, can't remember. Sometimes you can see the extra lights on the rear deck, too. -- Jim Yanik jyanik-at-kua.net |
