2002 Stratus R/T 3.0. Auto tranny
Engine stalls with air compressor on. Engine idle drops, does not increase with compressor on. Which switch controls the increased idle function? >G< |

That'll probably be a problem with the AIS motor (Automatic Idle Speed, known industrywide as IAC, Idle Air Control) or its circuitry. |

Engine stalls with air compressor on
there is a sensor on the ac line that see s a pressure increase and sends a
siganl to the pcm to step up idle using the iac and it works the same for power steering u need to check for fault codes and those codes may be in the bcm and not the pcm Gordon wrote: > "Daniel J.
