Default Engine stalls with air compressor on

2002 Stratus R/T 3.0. Auto tranny

Engine stalls with air compressor on. Engine idle drops, does not increase
with compressor on. Which switch controls the increased idle function?

That'll probably be a problem with the AIS motor (Automatic Idle Speed,
known industrywide as IAC, Idle Air Control) or its circuitry.

Default Engine stalls with air compressor on

there is a sensor on the ac line that see s a pressure increase and sends a
siganl to the pcm to step up idle using the iac and it works the same for
power steering
u need to check for fault codes
and those codes may be in the bcm and not the pcm
