Default Pulley/Bracket Options for '89 L98 Vette Engine

Hi All,
I've a '89 350 L98 TPI minus the air compressor. I guess nobody sells an
A/C eliminator idler bracket. Anybody have any experience/suggestions for
brackets/pulleys? I'd like to keep the smog pump for emissions but don't
need A/C. I looked at March Performance Pulleys' website but don't know if
it's got a short water pump, Saginaw vs. Sweet pump. I don't have the
engine here so I can't get my hands on the info and, frankly, I admit
ignorance as to what the difference is between Saginaw/Sweet power steering
pump is
Appreciate any help and advice.
Regards,
Jim
