Default 1995 Chevy S10 truck has so many problems- #1 it wont start

Please help me troubleshoot why my Chevy S10 1995 pick-up will not start. I am an unemployed single mother & can not afford to put this beast in the shop. I replaced the starter, battery, alternator, etc. Now, when I turn the key over I get nothing, no sound or nothing. I've been roll-starting it for a month, seems to be draining the battery somewhere, low lights, & it will shock me when I touch the body while it's running. Where do I look first?

Hook up your test light or meter between neg battery cable and battery then start
pulling fuses
until you find the drain.

I would first clean the battery cables on both ends. A dirty connection
on one can cause your symptoms. Each main cable likely has one battery
end and 2 terminal ends like at the power distribution box and starter
for the positive and the engine block and fender for the negative.

Pretty sure it has a "push in the cutch to start" switch . That could
be T/U .
New alt. belt ?
Is it tight ?
You have to "complete" a circuit to get a shock . What else are you
touching when it happens ?
Outside , inside?

She is not getting a shock from 12V, period.
The shock she is receiving is static electricity. If the secondary
ignition were grounded the engine would quit so it isn't that either.
She replaced the battery so I doubt it's the connections there. The
clutch or neutral switch seems like the best try from here.
