Default E36 Clock Light

Hi,
I wanted to change the bulb of my clock in a E36 BMW
The clock is placed under the head unit right at the bottom, it is an
analogue clock.

does anyone know how I can change the light myself?
are there any instructions anywhere?
any good websites that offer advice on these simple things to fix my self?
