Default Anyone seen the movie "Cars"? :)

I was watching this with the kids the other day. Basically all the
characters are automobiles of some type.

There's a great scene in the end where a Jeep(who's like an army vet) is
trying to get some"offroad" vehicles to go 4-wheelin' There are a bunch of
"pimped-out" hummers who are afraid to get their wheels dirty, whining about
how "I've never BEEN off road!"

It's a great scene, and oh so true

I've seen it several times (3 kids). That's a great scene scene. It's a
great movie, Pixar really is #1 in CG animation and quality story. My
favorite scene is Doc Hudson (aka The Hudson Hornet) seeing if he still has
it on the Willys Butte run.

My little grandson os completely hooked.
He and I have been collecting the cars... we have nearly every one and TWO
sets.
We play with his set and mine are going to be saved in the packages for the
day when he is all grown up and says "Grandma, remember when we used to play
with those little cars from that movie, I wonder what ever happened to them"
By that time they might even be worth a little. I have the first series AND
the supercharged. Santa really scored points this year when he produced a
MUCH desired Chick Hicks and Snot Rod.

The very first one we got was Sarge - the Jeep.
I laughed and laughed "Ohh mannnnn - I got dirt on my wheels!"
We watch it all the time and we even go online to disney and play the gales
(Tractor tippin and memory games) together.

Nick's geo-name is Ka Chow - that should tell you how much a three year old
likes it :ŹD - and one old gal too.

Couple of times (and NO kids).

Love Pixar's stuff. Yea, that scene was excellent!

Kate,

The way your house is all tiled up you wouldn't think it was done by an
'ol gal'. >BFG<

I was there for the midnight showing the day it opened. I do it for
every Pixar movie, but this one especially because of Sarge. I loved
his arguments with the hippie van.
