KRETP - it's almost working

just moved to Colorado and while people don't always respect the KRETP
law, I am amazed at how many people move over to the right lane after
I pass them on the right.

Apparently, these are people who know the law, but are too oblivious
to follow it until someone passes on the right.

I'm also amazed at the revenue CSP must be making - every day during
my 20 mile commute, I see 2-3 people pulled over on I-25.

Just leave us be - the speed limit on that road should be 100,
conditions permitting.
