diff
I have a 2.8ltr hilux and I would like to find a diff with longer legs.

Didn't you post this 2 days ago? Anyway here's my response...see the
others too. If your truck has a manual transmission, the differential from a truck with an automatic transmission might have a lower ratio (geared higher). Check the Toyota specs before buying though. Don't forget the downside of such a change. Your speedometer and odometer will be off if you change tire sizes or rear end gearing. Also, the lower gears will not be as effective when you use the truck as a truck. Finally, I have to ask seriously what are your reasons for making the change. |
