Default 94 dodge caravan

I have installed a new stereo in my 95 Voyager (plymouth) and now my turn signals and inside blower don't work. I traced all my steps, checked fuses and relays, loose wires and can't find the ploblem. Some say it is not the computer. I was told to unhook the battery before I started to replace the stereo. But I didn't blow a fuse that I can see. What am I missing?
