rFactor often crashes during online play

I read a post at RSC where a player thought it was related
to hyper threading, but for me the issue is I get a lot
of game crashes during online play. Anyone else having
this problem?

Was able to run a 20 lap race online OK with Hoston cars,
with hyper threading enabled, so I'm not sure what the
issue is.

Running a virus program, by chance, or any other non-essential in the
background? I've had no crashes, but haven't played a whole lot online,
yet. I'm just not good enough yet, unless I play with some friends who are
about at my skill.

If you are using Birmingham club, that track only supports 15 cars.
I have seen no online crashing or, for that matter, offline.
The F3 mod crashed if you put the v1.1 patch on the v1.0 install without
deleting the mod folders.

sometimes when i change vehicles it crashes to the desktop.
sometimes when i try to join a race it crashes to the desktop.
