Why do you say that? DUI/DWI doesn't imply a specific method of
influence or intoxication. Alcohol is the most common, but it can fit
any drug known to man if the drug impairs driving ability.

Ambien may cause bizarre reactions (Google "Ambien moment"), but a
guilty plea is entirely appropriate since he was admittedly driving
under the influence of a drug that had clear warnings not to drive while
under its influence.
