Default VW class action lawsuit

Received a note in the mail yesterday about a class action lawsuit
involving the earlier reported coil failures in some VW engines.

After a quick read, it seems that the settlement just has VW agreeing
to do what it's already done, namely replacing the coils at its own
expense.

I'll have more time to look at it this evening, but does anybody see
any more to it than that?

Sounds like a lawyer wants them to agree to do what they already agreed to
do. So he can get paid.
