Rogers, you might be wondering just what this bloke is on about. This
Frequently Asked Questions list is an attempt to answer your questions.

(1.0) Who is Carl Rogers?

Carl Sean Rogers was born in Bolingbrook, Illinois, USA. By the time he was
a teenager his family had moved to Brentwood, California, where Carl
attended Liberty Union High School. He then went on to college at what was
then called California State University East Bay, where he studied
psychology. Carl is now married and works as a technical support
representative.

(1.1) Why Do People Hate Carl So Much?

There are so many things to dislike about Carl that it's tough to know where
to begin.

First and perhaps formost, Carl treats usenet as his personal spam
recepticle. Carl never participates in discussions; he just drops his turds
and leaves. The apparent purpose of this spamming is not to drive traffic to
his site, which it clearly fails to do, but simply to irritate the readers
of the newsgroups he posts to.

The web site that Carl constantly shills is chock full of lame gimmicky
features and suffers horribly from low production values. Despite this, Carl
claims that his web site is better than "the competition." Of course, this
"competition" only exists in Carl's diseased mind; for everyone else,
posting road photographs on the web is a hobby, not a contest. The only one
trying to compete is Carl himself.

There was once a time when Carl would brag about his website's traffic [2].
However, for some reason, he no longer wants to compare site rankings
anymore. I wonder why that is? It couldn't be because his web site is ranked
somewhere close to NINE MILLIONTH PLACE, could it?

Oh, and don't try to offer Carl any suggestions about his site. He cannot
handle even the slightest criticism about his work, even if its constructive
[3][4].

(1.2) Why does Carl make fun of road enthusiasts, since he claims to be one
himself?

Carl used to try to participate in the hobby just like any other road
enthusiast. He shared his road photos and videos, participated in
disciussions, and even attempted to organize a few meets himself [5].
However, he is such a complete tool that nobody was interested in attending
a meet with him. This hurt Carl's widdwe feewings, so he viciously turned
against the roadgeeks who he feels have rejected him. Now he has basically
declared war against the entire road enthusiast community, bitterly mocking
those who plan road meets [6][7], posting vicious personal attacks [8],
making inept attempts at cyberstalking [9], and just in general trying to
annoy as many people as he can.

(1.3) Why Does Carl Hate Sherman Cahal?

Carl's hatred for Sherman stems from an incident where Carl tried to post
spam links to his lame web site on Wikipedia [10]. Sherman busted Carl and
Wikipedia removed the spam from the wiki over Carl's vociferous objections.
Carl has never forgiven Sherman for that.
