Default Broken power window switch 97 Caravan ES

We have a broken power window lever switch on a
1997 Dodge Caravan ES Front seat, Passenger side.

The problem is that the toggle end that you press down/lift up to
operate the window broke off. I can get the switch at the dealer, but
how much of a hassle is it to get at the switch mount?

The switch was working before the end broke off, so I know the motor &
wiring are OK, besides it works from the driver side.

There is a round cover plate about 1/2" in diameter that I assume
removes the vinyl trim that covers that area.

I ask because I am a veteran of all too many home improvement
jobs that look simple at the start, but end up taking all weekend and
5+ trips to the Home Depot for parts.

If it's not straightforward, I'll just control the window from the
drive side.
Thanks in advance.
