Hey Guys, I decided to check again and I see that one of the parts
suppliers is offering a bushing for this which doesn't need the
washers:

http://www.international-auto.com/in...874651&noapp=1

....they offer the rubber bushing and also a polyurethane one. I'm
going to get the rubber ones and have a go. I should know in about 3
weeks (need a longer time because I'm moving house in the next few
days and I'll be busy with that). I'll post my findings here...

BTW - I'm going for the rubber bushing because I don't drive hard and
I don't like overly noisy or rough suspension. But for that reason,
I've never tried the poly bushings. Let me know if you recommend the
poly bushing for this replacement...

Cheers,
