Maybe I'm a bit old fashioned here, but shouldn't they be making those determinations BEFORE they go out and arrest people? -- There's no such thing as a free lunch, but certain accounting practices can result in a fully-depreciated one. |

Once government is given an excuse that works it will use it for everything it possibly can. |
