This is the only car I have found that is remotely similar.
The odds are against it as the Philos was a tiny Company in Lyons. They only made about 36 cars. Cheers, Ron |

Well, the radiator is close. This car looks to be quite a bit earlier that the one I have photographed, and if they made only 36 cars, I'd agree that the odds are against my photo being of one of them; there is another Philos in the French Musée National de l'Auto, and it too dates from 1914, suggesting that their production was all pre-WW I. I think the car in my photo looks to date from a little later than that. But a great attempt, and you may be right. How on earth did you dig that up? -- Regards Leroy Curtis Please replace "nospam" with "baram" in my address if you wish to reply by Email |

Hi Leroy, I had it in my thousands of pictures :-) It is now a toss up between R&V Knight and Moline Knight. See attached. Cheers, Ron |

I've just sent an email to the parade's organisers asking for help; let's see what response I get (yes, I know it's cheating :-) -- Regards Leroy Curtis Please replace "nospam" with "baram" in my address if you wish to reply by Email |
