ive seen bungie cord nets of various sizes at motorcycle shops,
swapmeets, harbor freight, and possibly even walmart. lil trimming and
moving of the supplied (free!) clips should make a workable solution for
about $10 or so.

if ya *need* the honda-logoed net, $40 seems cheap for a dealer part.
