Default Good replacement brake pads for 330i?

I was checking out options for my 2001 330i for brake pad replacement
and saw alot of options.

What are good brand (model?) replacements of brake pads?

What I'm looking for:
1. Reduce the brake dust put out by OEM brakes.
2. Get equal or better stopping power.

Thanks,
Brett

Yes, absolutely go with the Pagid pads...

The instructions said to use Windows 98 or better, so I installed RedHat.
