Apropos misspellings: I rather like the entirely authentic looking "Toyoter"
lettering I've seen occasionally on the tailgates of some Toyota trucks

I once saw a Ford Focus with a modified badge on the rear. In exactly the
right font, it said Fucof. At a glance it looked right, but actually read it
and you got a laugh! Not joking here by the way - really saw this.

Toymota is so much more appropriate for most Toyotas....

I used to see late model Escorts with the badge modified to read SORTED.
I still think SCROTE would be better.

With very fond memories of my 147, and lots of love for italian cars...
but some korean build quality may not actually hurt Alfa.

I read about producing Alfas in China soon for local market, but first they
had to "adjust quality to Alfa standards". I wondered if that meant up or
down from were they were...
