Seeing Steve's post elsewhere has got me thinking.... anyone got any
views/experience of the above?

Erm, you want alt.autos.fiat......

However, I'll post my view, having driven one......

It's based on the MkI Punto, so it's FWD. The engine is a Fiat twin-cam
1.8 with VVT. Only makes around 130bhp, so it's no rocket - however, it
does go well. (Same engine as in the MkII Punto HGT, more or less).
Handles well, less roll than even the sporty Puntos, exhaust note isn't
up to Alfa standards, but it's not bad.

Oh, the biggest downside is they're LHD only, but they'd a cheap and
individual alternative to the usual Alfa GTV Spider / MX5 choice.
