Thanks for the replies. The dealership actually waived the diagnostic
fee--I guess they found just how trivial it was to diagnose. Honda America agreed to cover the cost of the parts, and I am to cover the labor, which only comes to be around $50. Not bad. Will

I think I would call that one a victory. $50 for labor sounds cheap, actually. I think it took the technician about an hour to replace mine. Casey
