One more question about F1 Challenge 99-02

Hello!

What parameter(s) of *.hdv or *.rcd files should I edit to make AI
opponents' and my car more unreliable (something breaks up more frequently)?

Looking for a bit more random results...

there's a parameter for engine lifespan in the engine.ini file for each car
that reads:

LifetimeAvg=24000 //average lifespan in seconds
LifetimeVar=7000 //variance in seconds

(From the Porsche in WGTS mod)

The "LifetimeVar" is important because it adds a random variable into the
equation, namely +/-7000 seconds in this case. I'm told that when you over
rev the engine the "LifetimeVar" comes into play - but you best ask the
modders for more.
